Cheap computer and printer wanted

I need a computer for a girl who works in my company. The requirements are the ability to access the internet and use simplistic Excel and Word applications.

 

The business doesn't justify even a cheap new one but having the internet will give her something to do and save me having to do all admin from home.

 

I'm based in Pattaya.
