this was my experiance April 2nd and 3rd 2007

 

 

i need to open a thai corp for tax reasons in the USA

also was enquiring about different visas for me

and getting new fiance visa info

 

Went to the main office in Bkk

waited

and waited

put in crummy room

(had appt)

spoke w/ a canadian guy, not an attny

he didnt know much

the "Fiance Visa Expert" did not show

spoke w/ the "managing director" a morbidly obese, sweating, wrinkled shirt gent

he pitched his services

 

was told very clearly that NO money up front collected to start the Fiance visa

(as the TG must get a list of stuff first before the forms are filled out)

 

reguarding corps and visas:

was given a price list that was MUCH different that what they put in the newspaper

gave me 100% different information than the Thai Embassy in Los Angeles

 

went back the next day for my appt w/ the Fiance Visa Expert

turns out she has only done ONE

then the canadian guy wanted all the money up front!
