3 month rental

Hi

 

I am visiting thailand for the fourth time in two years in December.

 

i am booked until 6th December but would like to stay for a further three months.

 

Any good apartments/rooms with access to WiFi, has balcony, room safe air/con and two ring hob.

 

Obviously want cheap but good.

 

can anyone advise.

I think it is for cooking? The OP wants to stay for awhile, so I presume he wants to cook sometimes and have 2 burners (hobs?) is better that 1.

you are correct. two ring hob is dual burner hot plates.

yes i do like to cook and two ring hob is definitely a cooking aid.

Hi ,there is the Diana Estate in Soi Buakhow wher prices start at 8000 baht +water and electric per month for the smallerrooms,Quite adequate.but a larger room will cost 10000 baht +services

There are 2 pools and a small Gym its very clean and you get your room cleaned twice a week INHO the best deal in Pattaya ,good luck.

PS the company is called PROPRO and of the 2 on the site is the cheaper
