Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

One month in Pattaya

Recommended Posts

If I wanted to spend a month in Pattaya where could I get the best value for my baht? How much would I need to pay for a place relatively close to the action on Beach Rd or Walking street. If price drops significantly going just a bit farther out then I would consider that too. Also is it hard to get a place for just a month? I don't want to stay in a hotel and pay for house keeping and crap, I'd rather save my cash for the lady drinks. Even a small furnished studio would be fine.

An example would be the Nova Park..... , I believe you can get them down to 15k (low season) if you don't have the room cleaning and pay your electricity on a per unit basis. Plenty of 'big rooms available', over beer bars advertised at about 10,000. Soi LK Metro area or one of the many Soi 13s Then cross over Sukumvit and pay even less. No it isn't hard to get a place for a month, in fact quite common.

I had been staying at Mansion 75. It was a short distance to Carrefour and the baht bus route. Cost was 7500 a month plus utilities and you got houseekeeping every 2 weeks free. It was a decent size studio of aroung 32 square meters. Place is only 3 years old and has good security but no pool.

This a hard question to answer as you don't give us enough information. What month are you thinking of? What amenities are needed and last but not least how much are you looking to spend?

Check out www.skytopcenterpattaya.com Pete the owner is willing to deal on a monthly rental.

Perhaps not the best section of the board to be asking this question?

If I were you, I'd pay hotel for a couple of nights and hotfoot around town during the day until you find somewhere you like.

Easy to get distracted though!

this place sounds good and I've even heard of it before. Under 10K is my budget. I will be arriving at the end of March, just in time for song Kran for better or worse. After this I'll be going to BKK as I'm sure I'll either go broke or insane if I stay in Pattaya more than a month, even a month may be too long.

Is this Mansion 75? If not can you provide a link with more info?

No, the place you have is part of the LK properties and is located behind the Leng Kee restaurant which is also part of the LK corporation. The place I'm refering to is a small place located just off of Pattayaklang near Carrefour. There is no website. Here is an email address but I don't know if it works as I've taken it off a business card. 75mansion@hotmail.com
