Looking for Newly Built Hotel's Soi Buokoaw Area

Can any forum members advise me of what newly built hotels ( built in the last 2 years or less ) are in this area. ( Soi Buokoaw ) I am looking for a Hotel with these amenities.

 

1.Price Range of 1700 baht or less per night.

2.Pool

3.Resturant

4.Safety box in room

5.Excellent security,

6.Not off the beaten path, not where you have to ride a baht bus to get to second road or Soi Buokoaw.

7.CD Player

 

any other amenities, such as fitness center, internet hook up optional. Thanks.

 

PS .. If someone knows of a newly built Hotel that meets these qualifications, but is in another area of P

attaya please advise me, because as a back up i may have to book there.

R-Con, in Buakhao but near central road open in 2007 can be a good answer try www.r-conhotelpattaya.com, also Pattayabay resort, also onpen in 2007 soi 15 backside the new shopping center "Avenue" is a good choice www.pattayabayresort.com. In other area Boutique hotel, south Pattaya near VC hotel, open also this year 1200 bahts www.pattayaone.com/btque.html. But new renovated hotel like Nova Platinum in the south or Best Inn in soi Buakhao can be interesting if they open soon.

A new hotel is being built across from the PP massage. Don't know when it is scheduled to open but it looked close to being finished 2 weeks ago.
