Still having probs with the MBS spyware. Anyone know. if you pay them do they go away?

Use Brute Force if the first solution doesn't work.

 

If you are still having trouble, try one or both of the solutions in safe mode.

 

Sometimes, if the files are in use, it is not possible to remove them. If you start in SAFE MODE, the files will not be in use and you can remove them more easily.

 

When you've finished. Download, install SuperAntiSpyware and Run it in Safe Mode.
