Non Immigrant B Visa Extension at Jomtien

Recommended Posts

Anybody tried to extend a non-immigrant B visa lately at Jomtien. Reading pages of stuff on Thai Visa Forum it seems many people are only getting 7 day extensions at Suan Plu for various types of visa. I am on my last 90 day stamp of a one year multi-entry, non-immigrant B visa & was hoping for at least a 15 day extension? Cheers.

PS I did do a search & found nothing relevant.

A 90 day visa can be extended for up to 30 days in Jomtien.I did it last year cost me 1900 baht +some small extras ,photos and copies.

It was all done in less than a hour.

Went along today to get an extension to my non immigrant 90 day stamp & was told 7 days is the max they now give regardless of circumstances. I had a confirmed ticket departing 11 days after my stamp expired & was told to move my flight forward! So situation in Pattaya is same as Suan Plu - 7 days is what you get.

Should have taken a trip to a cambodian border a couple of days before your 12 months was up...You get an additional 3 months, then you can also extend at Jomtien if required.

Correct. I just arrived back from OZ on the 26th. My non immigrant B expires on the 29th. I got a 90 day stamp on arrival.
