:bigsmile: we have now what we think is the first of its kind, a forum called www.freeownersforum.com and its a forum dedicated to property owners in thailand, its free to join and has just come on line in the last few days ,its only about those who wish to talk about their property and good things and bad things about pool maintenance , air con companies etc, we will be developing the forum further as we go and there is no bar girl chat etc, so please feel free to look and join.
