Tiger have been do $9 flights out of Melbourne this week. Virgin have a sale as well.

Plenty of bargains there, a few guys from work booked with Tiger $9 flights Hobart to Melbourne for the spring racing carnival.

I have been looking at prices with Tiger for a future trip, just over $700 Melbourne Singapore return so fairly cheap.

I remeber paying about $1300 back in '94 for a return ticket to Bangkok albeit an open 12 month ticket
