Hi,

 

Nice looking place and quality decor in the rooms too as aposed to many i have seen.

 

Pity there looks like a construction site nearby as that wud put potential investors off with all that noise/dirt and possibly obscured views of yet another condo building goin up.

 

Just my comment but nicely furnishd and hope u sell it.

Actually this picture is taken last year.

The construction has mostly been completed.

As the front is only 5 storeys, the view doesn't get blocked.

If the building under construction in the original photos is done or almost done, wouldn't a new up to date photo be in order?

 

It is a nice looking place. If I were a few years closer to retirement - I would be looking on my next visit. The pool looks huge.

It isnt. The photos are confusing. The one looking down from the balcony gives yoy a better idea of the size.

I have a friend with a condo there. You need a motorbike as its not near the bahtbus route and she has difficulty renting it out. The building is pretty empty and theres loads for sale. To be fair to the OP, 2.85 is cheaper than most.
