New Hotel Soi 8

Can anyone tell me if the new hotel on Soi 8 is open yet and what the name of it is.

 

I was in Patts last September and it was just being built then, its opposite the little hamburger place halfway up Soi 8 on the right hand side if your facing Beach Road.

Certainly the new Eastinny Plaza

Have stayed there twice and both times they made a mess of the bill. Last time went to check out and they presented me with a bill for 3200bt for telephone. I asked for the bill and wasn't in the room at the time, was at a party with the missus. Got the manager on the phone (lucky I can speak thai) and had an arguement with him, he tried to accuse my missus of making international calls whilst i was out of the room, but as i could speak thai put an end to that and told him that i wasn't backing down and to get the tourist police and they can sort it out. They then backed down, but I certainly will not be staying them again.
