I have recently returned to the UK after staying at the Irish Rovers. I only have good things to say about the place. Ian and Dominic are very gracious hosts. Good location. Very friendly staff. Have booked again for January.

By the way Ian and Dom I know that you are adding to your already extensive and excellent menu. May I please request that you put kippers on the menu? They are beautiful with bread and butter. Please give it some thought.

ordered the irish stew with boiled potatoes.

We still have to take photo's of the food to accompany the menu, this is still in the process, should be sorted soon!

As for gentlemangeoff we had kippers in the freezer, an requirements tell us in advance and we will only be to happy to sort it, once again many thanks! :D :grin-jump :allright

hi there, we are booked in with you for 6 rooms from 26th Nov to the 4th of Dec, including transport. I have tried to e-mail you but keep getting an un-deliverable reply. Is there a problem

the irish stew was so good that we went back for a 2nd time

but this time on a monday night

 

big mistake!

 

the chefs night off!

 

we didn't get the boiled spuds! :D

although we did get 3 slices of bread :rolleyes:

 

STILL EXCELLENT! :D

 

i highly recommend trying it out

 

ha ha ha i told you i was going to post again about this

well, sat in the rovers now with Dom and plenty of improvements have been made.

great new sound system and more tv's showing more sports than before.

food is good and staff friendly, would barfine one, but best not shit on me own doorstep!
