There is no such thing as a must-visit place in Pattaya or anywhere else. Anything I would say would be self-serving advertizing boilerplate.

what or who is the Steve MilTON band ?

They are a blues/rock outfit who perform in and around the area of Sheffield England. I have been a friend of those guys for more than a decade, and have blown harp with them on many of their gigs as a sit in and guest artist. Steve is a dear friend, and a fine blues guitarist who plays in a style quite reminiscent of B. B. King. Here's a picture of them playing in the Effingham Arms pub in Bradgate; you might recognize their guest harp player.
