Hi guys, I'm looking at a place to stay for a month, possibly two and a pal of mine reccomended Skytop as he said they do very resonable deals for people who stay a good amount of time...

Trouble is, I can't find a website... does anyone know their web address? Or alternatively if anyone could post pics of the rooms I would be v grateful...

Also - does anyone have a clue about what sort of rates you would get for a 1 or 2 month stay December - Feb? (All this is obviously dependanty on them having a room available!!!)

Thanks in advance fellas

Went past it yesterday on a walk the a BG. We looking at different hotels and she was not impressed with it compared to similar options around.Didn't do much for me either.

Thanks BigD, I quite like the look of this place. Thinking about one of the larger rooms for a month or two Dec / Jan - wonder do they do monthly rates? Anyone know?

Cheers chaps

I spoke to the owner earlier this year and the discount on offer (low season only) was buy 6 nights get one free or buy 24 get 4 free for longer term).

Whichever way you look at it, 20k plus per month (assuming 850 Baht per night for the large rooms) gives you an awful lot of options in Pattaya. The sensible thing to do would be to book for a few nights and have a look at what's available elsewhere before parting with your cash up front. That would apply to any hotel you've not stayed at, not just the SkyTop.

Last year from 5th December for 5 weeks I paid 600 a night up front, no discount. Left as soon as upfront money finished and went to Jasmine Mansion. Kevins wife Jin, picked me up anddrove me to the Jasmine free of charge and I paid 18,000 a month with breakfast, room service, excellent 24 hour security, pool table, great coffee, cctv, wifi, safe and motorbike hire.
