This place looks quite reasonable, until one reads the small print.Firstly NO weekly/Monthly rates are offered,not even a small consideration is offered.

Secondly something I have NEVER seen before in Pattaya/LOS, although they state that the rates are "All inclusive" underneath in small print is that ELECTRICITY is charged at 8 BHT a unit,on DAILY rates, WTF I hope this crap does not catch on!

Finally I have just today received a very nice embossed membership card,plus 2 smaller ones,postage paid by them (18 bht) but as far as I can determine no financial benefits forthcoming! Strange since I believe the owner is a farang! :bigsmile: :clap2 :clap1
