I read this in a New Paper thought you would like to read it.

A Monkey which apparently tired of being forced to climb Palm and Coconut trees,Killed its owner with a coconut thrown from one.

Leilit Janchoom 48, died immediately when the coconut struck him in the Thai province of Nakorn Sri Thammarat

Janchoom received the equivalent of 4p for every coconut the monkey harvested from the trees up to 160ft local newspapers reported.

He regularly beat the Animal whenever it showed reluctance to climb the trees.

The monkey seemed to find the work boring strenuous and unrewarding said the paper.

The Victims wife, Uthai said they bought the monkey for about £160. "he seemed lovable" she said

We called him brother Kwan.

looks like revenge is sweet , i have seen many monkeys doing this , usually they are kept on a lead like a dog ,then taken off so that they can go to work.

Maybe they're evolving. I like this story:

http://www.latimes.com/news/printedition/a...0,2955034.story

"Stone-throwing chimpanzee displays humanlike planning abilities"

"Santino knew the humans were coming. So each morning, he trolled for stones and fashioned concrete disks to be stashed in strategic locations until it was time to hurl them at his pesky visitors."
