PRATAMNAK HILL CONDO'S

Gents

 

I have stayed at 2 condo's on Pratamanak hill before Argyle apartments and another condon on Soi 5 Pratamnak .

 

enjoyed both places but always on the look out for new or different .

Both have full kitchens, separate bedroom and living quarters, full AC and internet connection of course GF,

 

I've searched the Dyson estate condo rentals and came across The Moonlight Hill Condo's on Pratamnak hill.

 

Doesn't say where on the hill but looks and has a decent monthly price .

 

anyone heard of this place, or stayed or at least know of it's location ?

 

I budget around 40,000 to 60,000 baht a month for my stay so if anyone knows of another full suited condo in that location let me know .

Stayed there 3 or 4 years ago for a couple of weeks. It is on Soi 4 maybe 100 yard from the main drag so quite a way from the beach although not too far to stroll to get baht bus to Pattaya or Jomtien.

 

I would describe it as a basic studio with everything you would need with the added extra of jacuzi in bathroom if that is your scene. Not high rise (2 storey) so no great views.

 

Need to watch what they charge on top of rent for power and water.

 

IMHO an OK place to stay.

The studios are big and fully furnished with UBC and free wi-fi.

Jacuzzi in the bathroom but takes hours to fill!

Water & power were reasonable.

Maid service twice a week.

There are also some 1 bedroom duplex apartments available.

Small pool

Good location

Pim is a nice lady who runs the place after her hubby Mike died last year.

Hey thanks for the info , I would definetly do the 1 bedroom , and the location I know well , since I walk to the beach all the time from my Argyle Apts, I normally take Soi 5 , but I"m sure I have walked past these before .

My last stay was in April of 2008.

I am actually looking far in advance since I won't been in LOS until April 2010 but I like to reserve early to get the best picks.

I'm assuming These condo's are GF, and if you can get a email address from them or Pim would greatly appreciated it.

I am couple of months late on this but I own one of the big one bedroom units at Moonlight Hill. How long are you planning on staying for? The rental is 25,000 a month based on 3 month stays. I can sometimes do shorter stays. There are some photos at my website
