The Czech Republic MotoGP is on this coming Sunday, the 16th, and we will be showing the whole programme (16.00 - 20.00) live at the Ace Cafe at Hanuman Corner in Jomtien. As per usual we will be putting on a free buffet which includes baby ribs, chicken legs and beef Cumberland sausages, with veg dips and somtam (WAG-ahan!) too!

Our Happy Hours run from 14.00 - 18.00 and you can buy bottled beer from the ridiculously low price of 35 baht! And draught Chang is only 35 baht per glass...... all the time! So come along, make yourself known and join in our "Somtam Sunday Social!"...... we're WAG friendly!

I replied to you on the other forum, but as I am on moddy watch, it has not been deamed appropriate I guess?

I am in Thailand this weekend, and will ask the wife if it is okay to stop down and have a pint or 23 for this event. It would be good to catch up with you again mate.

Sorry to thread jack but do you show World Superbikes at all? I am out during 27th Sept (Imola) and 4th Oct (Magny Cour) races.

4th also has MOTOGP (Estoril) so want to see both if possible. but generally if live they dovetail the two superbike races with the motogp inbetween so get hours of back to back racing with beer in my hand.

Oh and of course F1 is on both weekends but they are fly away (Singapore/Suzuka) so don't think the times should clash as I want to watch them as well. Sure you say on your website that you shows these races.

I think I ended up going to Molly Malones last time I was out to watch the WSBK as I think they only show it on certain networks and that was the only place I could find that could get it.

Anyway...again sorry but wanted to check..soudns like I maybe spending alot of these weekends at your establishment :-)

Petrolhead that I are I like to watch as much as possible!!!

Moto Gp, free food, and cheep beer!! Wish I was there :)

Go Bradley :)

Bradley Smith: "I'm hoping for a positive race in Brno, I'm extremely determined to make it a good result after the crashes at Sachsenring and Donington. Brno is a technical and wide track, with ample opportunities for overtaking. In the 125s it will be difficult to escape because it's another long circuit where slipstreaming is key. It's a bit like Mugello, in terms of length and the combination of esses and elevation changes. That means it will be crucial to get the set-up right at Brno, and to be strong at the end of the race. I hope that after the last two wet races, we can enjoy another sunny weekend and good conditions for racing."

SpicyMartin: "Just don't let 'em crowd you Bradley, coz we all know you ease the power off when you get swarmed!"

But I digress: shameless bump to let those petrolheaded Pattayans and Jomtienites who maybe haven't seen this thread to mosey on down to the Ace tomorrow, should they be so inclined!

^ Likewise, good to see ya again LY. Yes indeedy, we had a great afternoon/evening, and will be doing it all again this coming w/end...... and watching the Euro (Valencia) F1 too!

BTW, to the couple of guys who popped in at about 15.45 and asked about the free buffet and were told we don't have one..... sorry, the staff member you asked didn't recognise the word buffet because my gang have always referred to our comp food on a Sunday as "free bar snacks"......... my fault!

PS. Avatar gal is a joy to be with and to be found on the Darkside!

I hope your Sunday booze up went well, sounds like a good way to spend a Sunday.

If any New Zealand bm's read your post Stinky they will want you shot, please don't try and take their sheep shagging expertise and pass it off as an aussie trait.

The whole world knows NZ holds the sheep shagging title and aways will. If you want to fly under the Australian flag, this fact is a must know. :banghead
