Heads Up!

 

There's construction work on Soi 10 which is likely to have an effect (noise) on the three hotels mentioned in the topic title. Don't know what they're building. or how long it's going to take. Looks like they're currently doing the ground works. The photo was taken from the steps of the Eastiny Minimart.

Just passed this a few hours ago on my way up to the beach road end where the Imperial residence is located, its reasonably free from the ongoing work but my mission was to compare the room rates quoted on their website.

I had called in for their business card a few days ago & logged in later to be impressed by the very reasonable monthly rates.

standard room 22000B, seaview room 25000B & suite 50000B (all high season).

 

When I inquired about daily rates they didnt seem to know but showed me up to a room to inspect & yes they are immaculate and very clean. I mentioned the website monthly rates of 22000B & they were hugely amused & said they would probably get round to correcting this at some stage, (apparently its around 60000B)

 

So much for my bargain booking.
