have just looked on the pattaya virtual tour and FOUND IT!!

 

up pattaya tai from the entrance to walking street up as far as third road, over the third road junction and its on the left, next to the motorbike shop(on the corner)

 

doesnt help that the signs are in thai(its the pinkish building with nine apartments three on three floors)

 

THINK i have the right building!!
