Cebu Pacific prices seem to change by the day.

 

I booked Manila/Singapore/Manila flight last month for May this year - 5,566php return which I reckoned was a pretty good deal. Cheapest available price online today is 12,363php

 

Think the prices quoted by the OP are their "go-lite" fares - no checked in luggage.

Actually 5600php is great considering the distance.
