Yes,Not a bad location,have seen the rooms etc and appear to be very nice.B/M Sa-teef did a good report on it just after it's opening when the prices were realistic! Now IMHO 24,000 BHT per Month in the LOW season is havin a laf!

Again far better value to be had at that sort of price range.BTW your PM still not working.

You have GOT to be kidding. It's a hotel for the clubber - drunk, noisy, fights, throws up everywhere when not on drugs. The attached nightclub is the underage drinkers spot of choice - with some of the most violent bouncers I've ever seen.

And yes, I DO know it. It is NOT for anyone over 30, and NOT for families.

 

To be fair, out of season it could be better, though I doubt it.
