Residence Garden has 2 bedroom suites.

 

The Four Seasons has high list prices but look around and you can cut these down a lot. Phone and email as well can deliver reductions http://www.fourseasonsplace.com/ They have 2 bedroom suites as well.

 

I'm sure others can pitch in with some more recommendations.

Tara Court has great 2 bedroom apartments. You can check them online for prices - I think weekly rate is around 19,000 baht depending on the season. Located on Pratamak Hill so not in central Pattaya but still easy access to either Pattaya or Jomtien.
