I am putting a few listings together for my fellow condo co-owners at Wongamat Residence here in Naklua where I purchased a condo four years ago and in which I live full time. Wongamat condo listings This is exclusively for my neighbors at Wongamat Residence and I'm not making a dime off this little project so if anything comes out of this it will be between the condo owners and those who decide to rent or buy from them.

I've been to Jack's two bedroom condo a few times and it's a quality unit. Jack got one helluva buy when he purchased. I know he's not selling his and if the other seller's price their unit's right it could be a good buy.

No. You are saying/suggesting that the listed condo's are "quality" based on your visit to Jack's place. Of the two condos listed, one isn't even part of the same complex. How can you suggest it is "quality"?

The thing that you can not seem to understand or just ignore, is that BMs don't need to waste time on their vacations and be subjected to the Skyslop tour like Tom was (and for which you still owe him a beer for) to form an opinion of the place. There has been so many first hand accounts, including extensive photo documentation, it is quite clear what the Skyslop is and has to offer.

 

Your repeated "have you ever stopped by" rhetoric every time someone raises a valid point on the dump holds no water and sounds like the repeated rants of an imbecilic child when confronted with something he doesn't like to hear.

 

How does that apply here on this thread and are people "just stirring shit"?

 

The fact is that you have discredited yourself completely when it comes to evaluating accommodations and value, much to the chagrin of several BMs who took your advice and were disappointed and/or were subjected to unsafe conditions.

 

Therefore, when you exert your right to give your recommendation to a place, other BMs also have the right to mention your horrible track record with similar recommendations as a service to other BMs that may not be aware of it.

 

I don't think you are doing your friend Jack any favors by providing your stamp of approval, as many here have seen how faulty that can be.

Your comparison of valid criticisms of the Skyslop with some hypothetical subjective and unbased slam of the FLB is ridiculous.

 

Subjective items as the warmth of a beer, band quality, or attractiveness of girls by someone with an axe to grind are quite different from first-hand accounts backed by numerous photos of electrical hazards in showers, substandard bathrooms, mismatched furniture, curtains that don’t cover windows, safety hazards, and patio furniture in the “lounge”. (Just to mention a few).

 

Get some new material, dirtbag.

 

I can only guess that anyone satisfied with the Skyslop are westerners impressed by the low price, without realizing that at the same price much nicer digs are available in Pattaya.
