As the topic sugessts. If at all possible you could choose your neighbours, who would you choose to live next to when you have to live abroad?

I would say a combination of quiet people, who won't disturb me, and people that I have things in commen with.

 

If I lived in Pattaya it would be good to have some similar guys there. Although, you're never far from the action in Pattaya anyway.
