Using Dialwise from aVirgin media landline

Iv just had a call from Virgin Medea advising me that i owe them £126 for two calls to Thailand. I used the dailwise number 08448 615050 but apparently it didnt fuckin work . did i do somethig wrong or does it only work from a mobile

HELP PLEASE ANYONE as i need to call my teelak :unsure:

According to their website, pressing # only speeds up the dialling process as it tells the computer you have finished entering the number.

 

You SHOULD have a recorded rate message at the start of the call, did you get that ?

 

I made a mistake by NOT dialling 18185 before using that service and got charged £7+ for a call that would have cost 20p.

 

I cannot access some 0844 numbers through my landline provider, AOL, but just get a message saying it's not available.

 

Time to search through the VM website, good luck !
