A friend arriving in late July has asked me to buy 2 tickets for a Liverpool v Thailand match at BKK in July. I have asked about, but no one seems to know anything. Do you? If so please send an IM.

Personally I thought that the Thai team did well in the World thingy you were all talking about last year but I'm not so sure that I'd call them "the greatest fotball team in the world!!!" but then what do I know.

 

Hell, if they sell beer in the ball park then get two tickets for me too. I'll need an extra one for my lady friend in case I get bored waiting for someone...anyone to score a point or GOD FORBID two ;D

Oh, and just in case you were looking for a little more info on the upcoming game, try this link out for size. My Norway friend is getting me a ticket so maybe we'll meet up at the game. It looks like the ticket prices will be 200, 500, 1000, and 1500 baht.

Here in the US it's a little different. There are several teams that I like and several that I don't. But if there was going to be a baseball, football, or basketball game being played in Bangkok while I was in town, I'd go just for the fun of watching the sport whether I liked the US team or not.
