EVA Airways - Flight Cancellation Policy

I am due to fly out to BKK on EVA on Wednesday 8th September and return on Thursday 7th October. This means that I am using my full 28 days allowance.

 

I note that EVA are cancelling some flights. The most recent according to their website http://www.evaair.com/html/b2c/english/# then choosing the flight status tab toward the bottom centre shows BR68 outbound from LHR on Wednesday 18th August being cancelled.

Can anyone tell me please how much notice of cancellation is currently being given, and should my return flight in October be cancelled, resulting in a one day overstay, cause me problems leaving BKK.

 

Any help or advice would be welcomed.

Hi Severn,

You're leaving UK on Wednesday 8th and therefore arriving in LOS on Thursday 9th. I make it your that 30 day stay on arrival will expire on Friday 8th October so that should be the date stamped on your "Admitted Until" date ?

It seems from Anfield reply that they are giving plenty of notice and to N3RGT for reminding me that I had more days available than I first thought.

Ref the EVAAIR flight changes, do any of you guys Have a current

email address ( Not Evergreen Club ) for EVA in the UK or their head office in Taiwan ?

all I can find are telephone numbers.

Yeah, thanks anyway, have phoned them but wanted to put a complaint on record..

 

Did the wrong thing, booked EVA through Netflights, bad move.
