Sanya Apartments Pattaya Thai, soi 20 has anbody had a stayed here? price seems pretty good ranges from 440 to 690baht for a room in the photos does not look too bad.

big question is there a lady joiner fee and can you bring back more than 1

This doesn't answer your question but you should know:-

It is right next to the Tuesday/Friday market; they start putting the bamboo poles and canvas roof up early in the morning.

If you don't mind noise - ok.

I stayed at the Sanya Appartment for about a week a few months ago. The rooms are nothing fancy, but I think a good value for a short stay, as they don't offer a monthly discount. No joiner fee, but I did not bring back more than one.

 

It is off of Soi Baukow where the Friday/Tuesday market is. I opened the curtains there one Friday Am and was surprised to see that the market had been set up while I was asleep. I did not hear a thing while it was being set up.

 

Sanya expanded into the the bulding next door and is in the process of finishing the new rooms. They say they will have special low rates for the 2011 low season.

 

The WIFI was very good. I'd be happy to stay there again.
