i was due to but condo 809 phase 1 park lane

 

i had paid over 800,000 baht in payments but unfortunately i was involved in a nasty accident resulting in be hospitalised thus losing this wonderful place

 

 

now my injury has got better, i am looking to buy a place in Pattaya,

 

i like the quality of iguana group work and new Paradise park looks lovely, but i also seen some of Brunos View Talay condos at Siam Best Enterprises these are fantastic condos.

 

Please which pattaya real estate developer is best value for money, for size, location, extras etc ?

I think the Park Lane condo is quite nice actually. Very nice. The location isn't so hot though. It is a ways from the beach, and Soi Wat Boon isn't so great. No baht bus there.

Park lane have a shuttle 'golf-kart' now to take you to the beach. Though you'd need transport for convenience.

 

I have a friend who's bought there and so I stay quite frequently. It seems a well run organisation. The condos are well appointed. She basically just moved straight in put up some curtains and made the bed and job done. Soi Watboon is also on the up.............a few bars and great value food 'hall'.......

 

Most/all are sold but owners away it's quite peaceful.

as many plus's as minus's i'm afraid, if you are a frequent gym/swimming pool/non barlady chasing guy with your own transport

(a bit like a monk with a motorbike)you will probably find karma,on the +side the local bars are cheap enough the market is on your doorstep

the--side the cable tv is crap,you can't get true vision = you'll be out most nights=you won't fancy the gym ect ect
