U TOO Bar

I was in U too bar a few weeks ago and one of the girls told me they were having a party and closing on June 1. She said something else was going to be built there and was't sure if U TOO bar would be opening another premises elsewhere. I never made it to the party but on the way past last night it was indeed closed and it looked like they were pulling stuff out of there.

 

Maybe i got the message fucked up and they are only doing a refurb. But i don't think so. I had many an enjoyable night there playing pool with the girls. Shame to see it go.

The closure is due to the owner of the site ( including many shops/bars on either side of the U-Too ) wishing to re-develop the area.

 

We have been assured that we will have a site, in the new complex of a similar size, available to us in the not to distant future. I will keep you informed as soon as anything concrete is known or if indeed we decide to open at a new location. Please check back from time to time for any new details.
