Need room for 3-4 months in S.Pattaya or Jomtien

Hi everybody, I'm new here, obviously. Can anyone point me towards a room in south Pattaya or Jomtien for 8-12,000 a month inclusive, 32-40 meters, starting in August, for 3-4 months? A TV, refrigerator, maybe a pool and not being more than walking distance to the beach would be nice too, maybe within 3 blocks of the water. Is it possible? I'm going to be doing the english teacher thing later so I will be staying longer, but I can't say right now if it will be in Pattaya. I've been looking online with marginal success finding a couple places like Yensabai and Selina Place, can anyone comment about these places? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you will get the closeness to the beach you want in S Pattaya for that sort of money, but you might get something in Jomtiem.You can get what you want a little further out, but that is a different question.

Thanks, how far out and would you have any ideas about actual places? I've been there twice, but don't know much about long term rooms except what I've been able to read on the internet. I'm planning to get there for the last week of July and maybe get a motorbike and ride around looking for visible ads, then taking a look at the rooms. I have some money, but I would like to stretch it as much as I can and still have some comforts. The teaching thing doesn't pay that great as you all probably know.

I stayed at the Yensabai Condo a few years ago. I liked the place. Extra large studio with kitchen. Well worth checking out. Almost every hotel/guest house will offer a large discount for a long stay.

I know there are a couple at least of 32 sq. m. condos which would probably be available in Jomtien Beach Condominium, in the S1 and S2 blocks which are close to the beach. The complex has swimming pool, fitness centre, many shops and laundries. I don't think you would do much better. You'll find it just after soi 10 travelling south down Jomtien beach road. Bahtbuses plentiful and only 10 baht into Pattaya.

View Talay 2 should have something in your price range. Near the Jomtien Beach also. I would suggest renting a motobike long term if you're going to be there for awhile.

There are some places that are as cheap and are to be honest a little more upmarket but this place ticks all the boxes for me and I love it.

one other place that comes to mind is the Dianna apartments on soi buakhow .I stayed there years ago but I think it may just be out of your price range though still worth a try

There are two or three agents in this development but ProPro is the cheaper of them

forgot to add its position, its 600meters from jomtien beach with a free shuttle bus from the resort, realy lovly place all new and kept very clean by a large number of taff, also very secure with key card entrance

I have a couple coming availible at the end of july ,Both are 1 bedroomed (54Sqm and 65Sqm ) with kitchen/diner .

I can do for 10,000 plus electric at 5 baht per unit on soi 4 pratamnak
