mobile phone loading - how?

Recommended Posts

???

Bringing my mobile phone from Europe, power supply to load the accumulator is 220V (50 Hz or 60 Hz) or 110 V.

Wall-socket is like US or different?

Frequencies are like Europe or US or a tri-band is needed?

Thanks for your hints.

Heiner,

My Vodafone mobile works in LOS though it's bloody expensive to phone home - around £2 a minute. The power supply is similar to the UK as far as I remember but you will need an adapter to plug it into the wall socket. I bought my adapter in BHS but they should be widely available in any electrical store in the UK. Also, i believe you can buy adapters in Pattaya but those who live there can confirm that for you.

If I'm wrong on anything here, someone please correct me.

Alan
