Q;Where is PENA HOUSE

I  got a mail from a lady.   She has been to Pattaya at first time, and bought camisole dress & shotrs or something.

She was satisfied with these shoppings.    Now she want to buy these things more.  She know the name of the shop; PENA HOUSE, but she forgot the place.

She says it may be in 1F of Royal Garden, but not sure.

If someone know the place of PENA HOUSE, please teach me.
