Just received an update from Trip Advisor on Pattaya rentals and would like some thoughts from BM's on the ground there. I have looked at several rental sites and I think this one is way overpriced. What is your opinion?

Most properties only show weekly and daily rates so definitely aimed at holiday makers rather than long stayers so prices are on the high side.

 

The second property listed as a 1 bed condo didn't seem too bad starting at $750usd a month (about 22,500 baht) if it was a genuine 1 bedroom condo. However, looking at the details it is actually a 48 square metre studio in view talay 7. I am sure you could find better prices elsewhere.
