Could you please give a "dummies instruction" on how to get my own image in my profile. I do not have my own website.

Here is a quick way to put a pic that you want in your profile.  I have just started an msn community http://communities.msn.com/windynoi/shoebox.msnw all you need to do is upload the pic you want for your profile to this community and when you set up your profile on FLB just link in the 'Personalised text' section to the URL for the uploaded pic.

How the hell do you make Photos smaller to post. Most Of the ones I wanna post are larger than 75k. Bought my digital camera just for stuff like this. Give me the dummy version please!

This is what I do,

 

Use your photo editing software or a good photo editing

program and editing the picture for uploading is fairly straight forward, I use MGI Photosuite, but I believe any decent photo software should do. :) :)
