wanted 1bedroom condo,1 year minum

Hi guys hope some one her can give som help.I looking to rent a condo 1-2 bedroom in center Pattaya,also Naklua,Pattaya klang etc.

Tell me what you have and were.I rent for 1 year minimum,I dont smoke,dont have pets,I like queit.Importent is that I can have internet and a real line, wifi in building is ok but not enough but i can fix that,juts have to be sure thats possible to get in the building.

Budget max 20k .Hope some one can help.Thanks

Max central is a nice, pretty new place. However its not very well located for public transport, not a problem if you have a motorbike tho. If you dont intend to ride, and want to be close to central pattaya, I would suggest you find somewhere in the area bound by pattaya 2nd road, central and south roads and soi buakaow . No baht buses along third road so close to soi buakaow is preferable.
