Hi bouncer  :)

Its building work just across the road now... Sabai Lodge is expanding.

So you have to live with some noise if you want to stay there - buts a nice place and you will use the pools and resturant at Sabai Lodge.

When you stay there, you can get a 10% discount card fot Sadai dee....  8)

Hi bouncer  ;D

"any good bars around the hotel ? " That the least of your worries...

You will have Big C shopping mall, 3 body massage places, 60-70 bars, 1 gogo, 2 oilmassage places and 1 short time bar... all within 5 min walking from Sabai Inn

;D ;D

Even a swede should find the bars at soi 2  ;D ;D

Its a nice area to stay.

Welkomm Inn, Sabai Lodge/Inn, Sunshine Vista, Mike hotel  are all in soi 2/3 and guest friendly places...

Last year I spend three weeks at the Sabai Lodge.  You really can't complain about the location.  Just walk down the Soi a ways and you've got Classroom 2000 go go, a bunch of beer bars, and all the soapy places.  Walk the other way and you can easily catch a baht bus down to walking street.

Hi Dayshift

As Lazyboy says, its at Welkomm Inn. From soi 2 you can walk trough the hotel (walk by the pool and keep going) to the bar and the resturant at soi 3 side. The ST bar is DARK, so dont were shades :-)

Its usually 500 bath + room...

You can find some +7 girls there...

Have fun  ;D

I was at Sabai Lodge last week and building noise is minimal. The construction work on Sabai Lodge is not too close to Sabai Inn anyway. I stayed in Sabai Inn 2 years ago and it's a comfortable place especially when moving there from the Welkom Inn. They quoted me 800 Bt recently for their standard rooms.

Very strange getting no resonse from Welkom Inn.

More than any other place in Pattaya their room quality varies greatly and the better rooms are only a couple of hundred baht more expensive.

The nicest room is the Welkom Suite aka VIP01.  However some prefer VIP1 which has a balcony overlooking the beergarden where the shorttime girls hang out.  VIP2 also has a balcony but a a rather poor view.

Rooms 39,40,41 by the pool have nice tile floors instead of the musty carpets in poolside rooms 36,37, 38.

Lot of charm in the common areas and the food is excellent.

If you stay at the Sabai Inn suggest you eat at the Welkom Inn.
