Can you watch football or BBC/ITV on your laptop in Pattaya

Recommended Posts

I used to use Vip stand or my premiem tv but the links havn't been working lately. Is it possible to watch the football. Most of the time i like to go to the bar to watch, but sometimes cannot or it's on at 3am and want to watch in room.

Saw some championship highlights the other day, are they on everyweek. Cardiff city games seem to be on a lot too.

What about BBC/ITV can you watch on computer in Pattaya, what about up in the village

There is an outfit in Pattaya who retransmit the major UK TV channels from Bangkok. I believe it requires about 2MB speed and domestically that is quite easy.... although I cannot speak for all of the 'villages'. Obviously the problem is that many of the Premiership games are not shown on BBC1/2, ITV, Ch4 or Ch 5. Check out the website and note, I have no personal experience.

Mistys has that package, "expat tv", it's called. They cannot show EPL games because it doesn't carry them.

Yes I thought I mentioned that, although they can show some of them as highlights later. 'Match of the day'...you just get to see mainly the goals.

I included a link in the above post which perhaps you cannot see on your phone. :D

I was remarking on the "many of the..are not shown". Are any shown?

And yes, the phone is less adroit at following threads, but it's so convenient!

I'm sure VicVegas would be happy with that, though I doubt the OP meant that.

I'll not quibble about it anymore..let the reader decide.

Cheers.

I use eplsite.com for the footy and just download Torrents for whatever TV programme I want to see.

Jacko thanks, i'll check it out, some times like to see what is happenibg at home, makes me feel happy i'am not stuck there anymore. There are a few good programes on but normally at 9-10pm, which would be 4-5 am here. unless they have a time delay on the transmissions, They do have some football on and match of the day of course.

Will try to investigate more
