November hotel deals

Hi guy's I will be back in Pty on Nov. 9th for 2 weeks with 3 mates and was wondering if anyone has heard of any 7 nights for 5 nights deals or similar going, like they had in flipper house in July, this worked out at 535 baht per night, or can you recommend a cheap/clean hotel with pool etc in central/south Pty for about 600bt, fancied Tims but no pool.
