Symbols in cave

The following symbols were discovered etched into the wall of a cave in Mediterranean :

It was considered a unique find; the writings were said to be at least 3000 years old! The stone was brought to the museum, archaeologists from around the world came to study the ancient symbols. After months, the president of the society pointed to first drawing and said:
First symbol is a woman so these people held women in high esteem You can also tell they were intelligent, the next symbol is a donkey, so they were smart to have animals till the soil. The shovel..they had tools to help them. The fish... Further proof of their high intelligence - if a famine hit they would seek food from the sea. And the last symbol, the Star of David , they were evidently Hebrews.
The audience applauded enthusiastically.
Then a little old Jewish man stood up in the back of the room and said,

Idiots! schmuks !...Hebrew is read from right to left... It says: "Holy Mackerel! Dig the Ass on that Chick"

A doctor had sex with one of his female patients and felt guilty all day long. No matter how much he tried to forget about it, he just couldn't. The guilt and sense of betrayal of his patient were overwhelming.

But every once in a while he'd hear an internal, reassuring voice in his head that said: "Don't worry about it. You aren't the first medical practitioner to have sex with one of his patients and you won't be the last. And you're single. Just let it go."

But, invariably, another voice in his head would bring him back to reality, whispering..........
