Apartment swap?

I live in Angeles City, Philippines and have a nice 2 bedroom up and down apartment close to the action. I am looking for someone in Thailand or Cambodia interested in swapping apartments on a monthly or 2 month increments. When you there I am here and vise versa. I have a maid that comes in 2 days a week, a car and scooter so transportation is all set. Apartment has great WiFi, full cable TV, 2 split type air cons. I am a non smoker and very light drinker. A great idea, particularly as accom in AC is quite expensive. I would have been glad to takeyou up on the offer but I am building a place in ac at the moment.
