Looking for a 1 bedroom rental at city gardens in Patts. Anyone who might know an owner who is interested in renting out a 1 bedroom apt. I do not smoke, very rarely drink at home and am not into having parties at home. Only guests would be overnite and then out the door. Been coming to patts now since 1996 and have never had any problems in the room.

 

would be arriving 2/1/2014 and leaving 3/31/2014

I must haved missed the memo, trash the room where you stay in order to have fun in Pattaya. I stay at nice places to relax and enjoy my stay. I guess if you stay in a dump, it looks the same as when you got there as when you leave.

Should not be difficult to get a room in City Garden ...

 

I visited a friend there in June and all other rooms at his floor where unoccupied...

He stays there because he bought from plan many years ago,

but very few renting here, because of crazy asked prices and of many new condos in this area.

 

Be careful with the noise too. Several constructions not far.
