OK ...before we start...i'm no newbie!!!  

 

Staying for 3 weeks from the end of August.....

 

I prefer a serviced condo / apartment style place......

 

I can get a great deal in Yensabai (550B)......

BUT Everytime i stay there......someone nearby has the f$$king builders in..........

If i'm in my room i WANT peace & quite!!

 

Anybody got any suggestions for a place in Pattaya??

Have you ever tried Naklua area at North Pattaya. Many cheap resort hotels, maybe a little far from action but very peaceful area if not too near Pattaya-Naklua Road.

 

There are many resort hotels at 600-800B price category, maybe not condo style you are looking for.

Garden Lodge

Loma Hotel

etc.

i have heard pinewood on 2nd road opposite soi 6 is a good serviced condo.don't know the prices but

NB Bar noise up to 0200 but then OK until about 1500!

Try Siri Home appartments. Opposite Flipper Lodge, on the little lane leading to Immigration.

Rooms all have Sitting room/kitchenette, with small balcony, seperate bedroom, and bathroom. Seperate A/C units both rooms.

Price varies on length of stay.IE daily / weekly / monthly / annual rates. Monthly "was" 6500 plus elect + water. Daily was 700 "all in" last time I asked (2002), but have only actually used long term rental.
