Tool Bar, Emoticons, Font Size etc Greyed out

When starting or replying to posts the Blue Tool Bar featuring amongst others font size,emoticons,

text justify and my media is greyed out.I expect this will be something pretty simple but so far I have been unable to rectify.Any body have any idea on this one.

BTW my enable emoticons options box is ticked.

Just click on the switch icon in the top left corner of the reply box.

Thanks Monkeyman. Believe it or not I did initially try this but with no effect.(I guess that my pc was unresponsive at the time). Just did it again and it worked so many thanks to you sir
