Typhoon Haiyan. More rain next week?

Don't believe we need more rain, do we? And whoever is in Angeles should get their ass on a plane asap. I know a couple of girls are already in Bangkok, saw it on FB.

"Tropical Depression in South China Sea"

No. 10 Time Issued : November 07, 2013 At 10.00 a.m. on 7 November, the active low pressure over Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam comes to Cambodia and is moving to the upper Gulf of Thailand. It is going to reach the upper Gulf tonight (7 November). More rain, as well as isolated heavy rain, is likely in the East, the lower Central and the South, especially in provinces of Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon and Surat Thani. The strong wind wave is expected 2-3 meters high in the upper Gulf. People in the areas should beware of severe weather during 7-8 November.

 

Typhoon “HAIYAN” is moving across the Philippines and the South China Sea. It is forecast to move to near the coast of Central Vietnam during 10-11 November. It then will weaken rapidly due to the impact of the cool and dry air mass from China to bring rainfalls over the North and the Northeast of the country.

 

The advisory will be effect on 7 November 2013 at 11.00 a.m.

Angeles is not realy going to get hit , leyte , Tacloban etc. will be and if it vears towards Puerto Galera ( where i'm now ) will be a interesting place in the next couple of days.

No. 7 Time Issued : November 14, 2013 At 05.00 p.m. on 14 November, the tropical depression in the lower South China Sea was centered about 750 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam or at latitude 12.0 degree north and longitude 113.5 degree east with maximum sustained winds about 55 km/hr. The depression was moving west at speed 20 km/hr.

It is forecast to move across southern Vietnam, Cambodia and cover the East and the upper South of Thailand during 15-17 November. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the lower Northeast, the East, the Central and the upper South. The stronger wind wave 2-3 meters high is likely in the upper Gulf of Thailand.
