Sandy Spring - Good or Bad??

I've got a room set for the Sandy Spring hotel on Soi 13 in July.  Does any one have any experience with this new hotel?  Quoted 1200B, good or bad?  Thanks in advance.

Check out Sunshine Vista Apartments on Soi 3. For the same price you can get a nice studio and the location is great unless you feel you have to be in the middle of the madness.

I believe that if you pay a fee to join some membership, you can get a discount on that rate.  Hopefully someone can provide you with the details or ask the hotel.
