Resurrected: as in he was dead but now he has returned...

 

One of the smartest TV shows out of England is back for it's third season. If you haven't seen the first 2 seasons then I strongly suggest that you go back and start at the beginning. Each season is made up of three 1.5 hour episodes. And if you have been watching all along then you might want to go back and watch the final episode from season 2. It's well worth the effort and is a great way to set the tone for this new season.

Gotta say that I much prefer Elementary, the US alternative but with Brit Jonny Lee Miller as Sherlock and the gorgeous Lucy Liu as Watson

All those series are good. But the best portrayal of Holmes was by Jeremy Slate in the old Brit series.

LOL. Much as I admire Lucy Liu's looks …… to portray a woman as Watson is utter sacrilege IMHO !

They actually play it straight and both Miller and Liu have interesting twists on the characters. You have to pay attention to catch everything.

I also enjoy the series, but Miss Liu is 45 and looks it, yet they continue to dress her like a teenager. There was a time when I thought she was good looking (for a carpet muncher), but I've met far better looking bar girls in the land of smiles.

I thought she looked very alluring in the 'Kill Bill Vol 1' scene as she looked at the camera with The Crazy 88!
