Hi

 

I believe theres a hotel called Hotel Welcome on 2nd Road, does anyone know anything about it, Price ? website etc ?

Your refering to the Welcome Plaza, across from Pattayaland 1.  I've never stayed there, but check the hotel reviews on this site.
