Bad experience with One Travel co.

Just recently I booked 3 flight on Lao airlines through this company ( recommended by Lao Airlines on their web site ) called One Travel, they are a online company. read some reviews and what a load of BS ! Anyway I booked 3 flights BKK-VTE, VTE-LPQ and finally LPQ-BKK. After enduring a hour on the phone with their so-called service center in India. I got the price and flt info verbally.. asked for a email receipt and flight info.... never got any correspondence from them. Of course they definitely charged my CC. Called and sent customer service emails and called again... same song and dance email is on the way.. Yeah right ! Then I get pissed , when I checked the flight costs on another On line agency, to my disgust the the price was much higher on One Travel co. Called my CC provider and cancelled the charge from One Travel and booked via Cheapo Air... Not only did I get better customer service and a better flight Departure time from BKK. The price was much cheaper. Due to my stupidity I almost got it shoved up my ass sideways. So in my opinion beware of this agency !! . rant over....................Mike in the swamp..
